This Privacy Policy explains how SocialAtoZ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use Seat Rush: Bus Traffic Fever (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Gameplay data: levels completed, scores, progress, and settings. This is stored on your device and, where noted below, sent to our analytics provider.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, screen size, language, and an advertising ID provided by Android.
  • Usage data: app opens, session length, levels started and finished, crashes, and error reports.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
  • We do not collect precise location.
  • We do not access your photos, files or microphone.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • run the App and save your progress;
  • fix crashes and improve gameplay and level difficulty;
  • show advertisements, and measure how well they perform;
  • process in-app purchases through Google Play;
  • respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google AdMob: shows ads and uses the advertising ID to show relevant ads. Google Privacy Policy
  • Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: collect usage and crash data to help us improve the App. Firebase Privacy
  • Google Play Billing: handles in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment card details.

4. Advertising Choices

You can limit personalised ads at any time:

  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID, or turn on “Opt out of Ads Personalisation”.
  • You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated for ages 3 and up and is not directed at children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in the App may be non-personalised for users under the age required by law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

  • Gameplay progress is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
  • Analytics and crash data are kept by our providers according to their retention policies.
  • We do not keep personal data longer than needed for the purposes above.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for personalised ads. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards.
