1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SocialAtoZ ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of Jigxo, the jigsaw puzzle game published on Google Play as "Jigsaw Puzzle Games: Jigxo" (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, available at PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Who Can Play

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for using apps like this one, to use the Game. If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian and make sure they agree to them before you make any purchase.

3. Your Licence to Play

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

4. Rules of Play

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Extract, copy, redistribute, print for sale, or otherwise reuse the Game's puzzle pictures, artwork, music, or other content outside the Game, except through sharing features built into the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
• Use cheats, bots, modified versions of the Game, or exploits, or tamper with in-game rewards, purchases, or timers.
• Block or interfere with ads by technical means, or generate fake ad views or clicks.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it.
• Use the Game in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.

5. Your Photos

If you create a puzzle from your own picture:

• You must own the picture or have permission to use it. It must not be illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful, and it must not infringe anyone's rights, including the privacy of the people shown in it.
• The picture stays on your device and you keep all rights to it. We do not claim ownership of it and do not receive a copy. Our Privacy Policy explains how the feature works.
• You are responsible for the pictures you import and for anything you share from the Game.

6. Puzzle Content and Intellectual Property

The Game and everything in it, including its software, design, puzzle pictures, illustrations, music, sounds, text, and the Jigxo name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us by photographers, artists, and other rights holders, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Some pictures are used under licence from third parties and may be removed or replaced when a licence ends. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.

7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

• The Game is free to download. It may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads, unlocking puzzle packs, or buying hints and other virtual items. The price is shown before you buy, and all payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms.
• Virtual items, such as hints, coins, badges, streaks, and unlocked content, are part of your licence to use the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Because the Game has no accounts, your progress and consumable virtual items are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or change devices, and we cannot restore them. One-time permanent purchases, such as ad removal, are linked to your Google account and are normally restored when you reinstall the Game with the same account.
• If you buy ad removal, the Game stops showing banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, may still be offered.
• We may change prices, or how virtual items work, for example to rebalance difficulty. If we permanently remove a puzzle pack or other one-time purchase you paid for, we will offer a reasonable replacement, or a refund where the law requires.
• If the Game offers a subscription, it renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or permitted under Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Google Play.
• If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, in-app purchases are digital content supplied immediately. By completing a purchase, you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins.

8. Advertising

The Game is free because it shows ads. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services, or content. Rewarded ads are optional, and the reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end. Ad availability varies, so we cannot guarantee that a rewarded ad will always be available. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use your data.

9. Daily Puzzles, Events, and Changes to the Game

We may add, change, or remove puzzles, picture packs, game modes, daily puzzles, events, rewards, and other features at any time, for example to improve the Game or because a content licence has ended. Streaks and daily rewards may reset if you miss a day, change your device's date or time, or reinstall the Game. Some features, such as downloading new pictures, need an internet connection.

10. Updates and Availability

We may release updates to fix bugs, add content, or meet legal or platform requirements, and you may need to install an update to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device, and we may stop offering or supporting the Game at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on services from third parties, including Google Play, Google AdMob, and Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Game or its content.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Jigxo is a game made for entertainment. When we talk about relaxation, stress relief, or brain training, we are describing the general experience of doing puzzles, not making a medical or health claim. The Game is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Take regular breaks, and stop playing if you feel eye strain or discomfort in your hands or wrists.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialAtoZ from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Game, or any picture you import into or share from it.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use the Game if you breach these Terms, for example by cheating or tampering with purchases or ads. When your licence ends, you must stop using the Game. Sections 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 18 continue to apply after termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be handled by the courts of [YOUR CITY, COUNTRY]. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country whose consumer laws let you bring a claim in your local courts, nothing in this section removes that right.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and important changes may also be announced in the Game. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms, but we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Game. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
