These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryBox: Short Drama & Reels mobile application (the "App") provided by SocialAtoZ ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission. Some content may contain mature themes and is intended for older viewers.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your device for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

3. Content

The App provides short drama series, episodes, reels and related content for streaming. All content, including videos, titles, images, text, music, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content is provided for viewing only; it is licensed to you and not sold. Content is fictional and any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Availability of titles may change at any time, and we may add, update or remove content without notice.

4. Free Content, Rewards, Coins and VIP

  • Free episodes and rewards: Some episodes are free. You may unlock additional episodes by watching ads or completing tasks such as daily check-ins. Rewards have no cash value and may change or expire.
  • Coins and VIP: You may buy virtual coins or an optional VIP subscription through Google Play to unlock episodes or remove ads. Coins are a limited license to access content, are not real currency, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Payments: All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Prices may change and taxes may apply.
  • Subscriptions: VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, download, record, screen-capture for distribution, reproduce, or re-upload any content from the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated means to access the App or to fraudulently claim rewards or ad views.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Sell, rent, sub-license, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [YOUR EMAIL].

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App displays ads and uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties, and your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Copyright and DMCA Notice

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please email info.socialatoz@gmail.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; where the material appears in the App (title and episode); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review and remove infringing content promptly.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, accurate, or free from bugs or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY, COUNTRY], unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
